Can children join?
Yes. Children under 6 join free. Each tour page tells you how kid- and stroller-friendly the route is.
What happens if it rains?
Tours run in light rain, often with small route changes. If there is a storm or heavy rain warning, we’ll offer to reschedule or give a full refund.
Can you handle food allergies and diets?
Tell us in your request. Vegetarian diets and most allergies can be accommodated with notice. For severe allergies we’ll tell you honestly what is and isn’t possible.
Is the price per person or per group?
Per group. The price depends on your group size, and each tour page shows exactly what is included.
We don’t speak Japanese. Is that OK?
Absolutely. All tours are guided in English, and your guide helps with menus, tickets and anything else along the way.
